Ninety graduate engineers join the 2025 intake

The largest graduate cohort to date began a two-year rotation across operations, projects and subsurface, with 71 recruited in the countries where the company operates.

Ninety graduate engineers joined Falaj in July on a two-year rotational programme covering plant operations, project engineering and subsurface disciplines. Seventy-one were recruited nationally in the countries where the company operates.

The programme places graduates on operating sites for at least one full rotation. Running facilities we designed ourselves is the clearest way to teach why a design decision matters, and it is why the site rotation is compulsory rather than optional.

Applications for the 2026 intake open in January.
