Falaj hires engineers who want to run what they design. Around seventy per cent of professional roles sit on or adjacent to an operating asset, and the ones that do not still require site time in the first two years.
We recruit nationally wherever we operate. Four in five employees are nationals of the country they work in, and that is a hiring commitment rather than a coincidence of the labour market.
Where people join
Experienced engineering
Process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and integrity roles across the Muscat and Aberdeen engineering centres.
Operations and technical
Control room, field operations, maintenance and inspection roles at the operated plants, fields and terminals.
Subsurface
Geoscience, petrophysics and reservoir engineering, based in Aberdeen and Muscat with field assignments.
Projects
Project engineering, construction management, planning and cost control across the growth programme.
Corporate
Finance, legal, procurement, HSSE, IT and communications, mostly at the Muscat head office.
